Mukkamala Naresh Kumar runs things from Door no 1-33 in Praturu Village, which is in the Tadepalli Mandel area of Guntur district. This is a rural part of Andhra Pradesh where everyone knows everyone else. The office is really just a part of the house where the mechanical engineering work happens. It is not like the big offices you see in Vijayawada or Guntur city. Here, life moves a bit slower. The mornings are usually spent checking on local equipment or helping out farmers and small business owners with their machinery. Praturu is a quiet village, and being based here means we are right where the people need us. There is no secretary or a waiting room. If the door is open, you just walk in and talk to Naresh. The heat in Guntur can be quite intense, especially in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the day. We have been doing this for a long time and the villagers trust our hands-on approach. We do not have a website or a marketing team. Most people just have the phone number or they know which house is ours. It is honest work in a small place, and that is how we like it. We focus on solving mechanical problems for the local community and keeping things running smoothly in the village.
