Maruri Buildcon Private Limited

Maruri Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Shanmuka Hights. We are in Flat No. 502, which is in Sai Nagar on JKC College Road in Guntur. It’s a fairly busy area because of the college nearby. We’ve been in this building for some time now. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street below. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders for our construction projects. We don't go in for fancy decorations. Most of our work involves being out at project sites, but this is where we do all the organizing. Guntur is a big place, and being on JKC College Road makes it easy for people to find us. We often see students walking by when we head out for lunch. It’s a regular office for a regular business. We focus on the buildcon work and making sure everything is handled properly from an administrative side. We’ve got a small, dedicated team and we just get on with our tasks. The flat in Shanmuka Hights is a good, practical space for us. We don't see the need for a big corporate setup. We just do our work and try to keep things running smoothly from day to day. It’s been a solid base for our operations in Sai Nagar and we plan to stay here.
