Manjeera Developers operates out of Atmakuru Village in the Mangalagiri Mandal. Our location is a bit specific, sitting on Survey Number 399 and 399/1. Being in the Guntur district means we’re right in the middle of a lot of agricultural land that is slowly turning into more developed areas. We spend most of our time out in the fields or looking at these specific plots of land. It’s a lot of walking around and measuring things. We don't have a fancy office in the middle of the city; we prefer being out where the work is actually happening. The 522503 area is changing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand for new development. Sometimes it’s dusty and the roads aren't great, but that's just part of working in Mangalagiri. We handle the development side of things, making sure the land is ready for whatever comes next. It’s a lot of paperwork with the local authorities and making sure the boundaries are right. We aren't a huge corporation with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us who know the Guntur area well and want to see things built properly. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just show up, do the work on the land, and head home. That’s how it’s been since we started. There is plenty of dirt on our shoes most days, but that's the nature of development.
