Mancherial Cement Company

Our office is located in Dormitry No.3 over at the ACC Colony in Mancherial. It’s right there in the Adilabad district, which is a place we know very well. It isn't a fancy high-rise building with elevators. It’s more of a functional space within the colony itself. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we like it that way. Mancherial Cement Company is what we do, and this is where we do the bulk of our planning. Most of our day is spent dealing with the daily grind of the industry and talking to the workers. We have our desks, some old chairs for visitors, and stacks of papers that never seem to get any smaller. It’s a real working environment, not something out of a magazine. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just focus on the job at hand and getting things done right. The colony is a familiar place to us and we feel safe here. We know our neighbors and the guys working the various shifts at the plant. It feels like a small town within a town, which is nice. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living and keep the company moving forward. There’s nothing particularly special about the office itself, but it serves its purpose perfectly for us. We keep things honest and straightforward. That’s how we’ve always liked to run things.
