We have been operating out of this spot in Nagaram for some time now. Getting to the office every day involves a bit of a drive through Guntur district, which is usually quite dusty depending on the season. The address is over at Pedapalli post, under Nagaram Mandal. It's a quiet area mostly. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a glass building. It’s just a practical place where we get our work done for Laticrete India P. Ltd. Most of the people around here know us by now. There’s a tea stall not too far down the road where we sometimes go when the afternoon gets a bit long. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just wait it out or find something else to do that doesn't need a computer. It’s not a corporate hub with thousands of people, just a small group of us keeping things moving. We handle the paperwork and the day-to-day stuff right here in the Guntur district office. The walls are a bit plain, and the desks are old, but they work fine for what we need. It feels like a real local workplace because that is exactly what it is. We try to stay organized even when things get busy with shipments or visitors stopping by. It’s a bit of a hike from the main station, but most of us have bikes.
