We are based out of Pamidipadu Agraharam in the Guntur area, specifically at the address listed under Kolla Aruna in Narasaraopet. This part of Andhra Pradesh can get really hot, so the fans are always spinning in the office. Kolla Pharmacy Private Limited is where we spend our mornings sorting through different boxes and making sure the labels are all correct. It’s a bit of a routine, really. We start early before the sun gets too high and try to get the heavy lifting done. The space we have is filled with shelves and desks piled with papers. We don't go in for fancy decor or big signs. Most of our time is taken up by making sure the supply chain stays moving and the stock doesn't sit for too long. People around Guntur know the area well, and we’ve become part of the daily landscape here. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes for a bit, but we just keep going. We don’t have some big corporate philosophy to talk about. We just show up, do the inventory, and head home. It is a practical way of working, focusing on the medicines and the logistics of keeping everything stored properly. We just want to make sure the job is done by the end of the shift.
