Being opposite the bus stand means we get to talk to people from all over the place. Our office is a modest one. It's not one of those glass-walled places you see in the movies. It’s just a room with some chairs and a desk where we handle the bookings. Guntur is a lively city, and the area around the bus stand is always buzzing with people carrying bags and looking for their next ride. We’ve been doing this for a long time. Some days are slow, and other days we can barely keep up with the people walking in. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us, or they just see our sign while waiting for a bus. We deal with bus tickets, car rentals, and general travel stuff. It’s straightforward work. We know the local roads and the bus timings like the back of our hand. Sometimes the tea stall next door is the best place to catch a break. We’re just a small group of people trying to make travel a bit easier for the locals and visitors in Guntur. It’s a decent living and we like the different types of people we meet.
