Jics Logistics

We are over at Room 208 in the Dhanpat Singh Vijay Krishna Residency. It’s right on Gt Road in Guntur, across from where the old mirchi yard used to be. Most days here start early because the traffic on this road gets pretty heavy by ten. We’ve been running Jics Logistics from this spot for a while now. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we handle all the paperwork and phone calls for moving goods. You’ll usually find a few of us drinking tea and checking the schedules. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the trucks passing by outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. Guntur is a busy place, especially around the old market areas, so staying on top of things is key. We don’t have fancy lobby furniture or a big reception area, just some desks, chairs, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We try to keep things simple. If someone stops by, they usually just walk up the stairs and knock. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We know the local routes well and we spend a lot of time talking to drivers. That’s pretty much what our day looks like. We just focus on getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. It’s just how things go around here in Chuttugunta. We like being in this part of town because everything is close. It makes the commute easier for everyone who works here.
