You can find us on Guntur Road in Gopal Nagar, tucked right behind the Ravipriya Mall. Most people use the mall as a landmark and then they see our yard full of yellow machinery out back. We deal with the heavy equipment side of things, mostly JCB parts and repairs. It is not a quiet place at all because there is always an engine running or someone using a heavy tool nearby. The dust from the road and the yard gets into everything, so we are constantly wiping down the counters and the chairs. We are a small team of guys who mostly know our way around engines and hydraulics. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or trying to look like a big corporate office. People come here because they have a machine that needs fixing or they need a specific part to get back to work on their site. It gets really hot in the yard during the summer months, but we just drink plenty of water and keep moving. We have a few plastic chairs in the front for customers to sit while they wait for us to find something in the back. It is a practical business for people who work in construction or farming. We know our regulars by their names and the machines they drive. It is just a regular day-to-day operation here in Gopal Nagar and we stay busy enough.
