Our office for Ijm(India)Infrastructure Limited is located in the N.S.P Colony. We are at Q.No.B/6, inside the Irrigation Compound. It's right opposite the Collectorate in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Being near the Collectorate makes it easy for people to find us. We are the family of M.Ch. Kasana Naik. This isn't a typical glass-and-steel office building. It’s more of a functional space within a government-style compound. We have big desks covered in project documents and maps of the local area. Infrastructure work involves a lot of red tape and planning, so we stay busy with that. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have ceiling fans that click a little and old wooden cabinets for our records. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't bother with fancy rugs or expensive art. Most of the day is spent on the phone or meeting with people about construction timelines. There is usually a pot of tea going somewhere. The atmosphere is casual but we take the work seriously. It's a bit of a maze to find the right door sometimes if you haven't been here before, but once you're inside, it’s just us working away. We like the location because it’s central to the administrative parts of Guntur. It’s just a solid, no-nonsense place to run an infrastructure business and handle the day-to-day requirements.
