We have been part of this community in Andhra Pradesh for some time, and we know the local roads like the back of our hands. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to, which doesn't always happen on time. The Guntur sun can be quite brutal, so we do a lot of our heavy thinking in the early hours before it gets too stifling. It is a straightforward operation here. We handle the paperwork, talk to the locals, and try to keep everything moving forward. There is no corporate polish in this office, just some hard-working people trying to make a living in the construction trade. It is noisy and sometimes chaotic, but that is just how things go on Cinema Theatre Road.
