Hsd Sandesh Private Limited is in the Sahasra Building, Door No: 5-94-25. We are right in Brodipet, Guntur, at 6/13. Our place is across the lane from the Vajram Hotel. It’s a very busy spot. There is always someone walking by or a car honking outside. We make various food items and snacks. Hsd Sandesh is the name on the registration, but we just think of it as our shop. The kitchen is in the back of the building. It’s usually very hot back there. We have big vats for cooking and a lot of trays. My brother and I run the place together. We have some staff who have been with us for years. They are like family now. We don't have a polished business plan or a big mission statement. We just get up early every morning and start cooking. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and I have to run to the market myself. The building is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some corners. We don't mind it much. We focus on the food. Guntur is a good place to be, even if the traffic is a mess. We have some loyal customers who come in every day. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just hard work and long hours. That’s how we like it. We hope to stay here for a long time.
