If you find yourself in Brodipet, specifically around 4/2, you’ll likely pass by our spot at D.No:5-37-220/A. It’s a busy part of Guntur, always something happening outside the door. We opened up Guntur Online Services because there was a need for it in the neighborhood. It’s mostly just us handling things as they come. The internet can be a bit slow some days, which is frustrating, but we manage. We aren't a huge team or anything, just a couple of us who know the ropes. The shop isn't very large, so it gets a bit crowded when more than three people walk in at once. We’ve got some old chairs for people to sit on while they wait. The fan makes a bit of noise but it keeps the heat away. Brodipet has changed a lot since we first set up here. More traffic now, for sure. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people just know we are here because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. It’s a simple way to run things. We check the emails, handle the requests, and try to get home at a decent hour. Sometimes we stay late if there’s a lot of work piled up. That’s just life in a small business, I suppose. It’s not glamorous, but it works for us and the local crowd seems to appreciate it.
