Our office for Gokulkrishnaconstructions is located in the Prakashnagar area of Narasaraopet. We are over at S. Vamsi’s place, and people often recognize the address because of the connection to the retired bank staff. Guntur district is where we do most of our work, and Narasaraopet is a good hub for that. It’s a typical local setup here. We don’t have any big glass windows or a receptionist sitting at the front. Usually, it’s just us sitting around a wooden table talking about the next building project or looking at material costs. The town of Narasaraopet has a specific pace, and we fit right into it. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit messy, but we still manage to get out to the sites. We use a lot of handwritten notes because it’s just faster for us than typing everything out on a computer. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We know most of the suppliers in the area by their first names. It’s not a complicated operation, just a few people who know about building things and want to keep working. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need to explain much to the locals. People just know where the Prakashnagar office is and they stop by when they have something to discuss about a new project. We are just local builders.
