Down at 3/1 in Old Guntur, you will find Genesis Ias Academy. We are also pretty close to the Brodipet side of things, so it is a central enough spot for folks around here. Preparing for the IAS is a very long haul, and we see people sitting in our rooms for hours on end every day. Because of that, we try to keep the environment simple and quiet. We have lots of bookshelves that are mostly overflowing with old news journals and thick textbooks. The furniture is practical because it needs to hold up to a lot of heavy use. We do not have a polished receptionist or a fancy waiting area. Usually, you will just find one of us sitting at a desk nearby. The building has that old Guntur feel to it, which is nice in its own way. It feels like a place where real effort happens. We drink a lot of tea here to keep going through the long afternoon sessions. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just open the windows and keep talking. It is not a perfect setup, but it is a real one. People come to us because they want to work hard, and we provide the space and the materials for them to do exactly that without any unnecessary fluff or distractions. It is just about the books and the time spent studying them.
