Dexen Construction Private Limited is located in Guntur, over at 406, Tirumala Grand. It is on the 5th Cross, 3rd Line in Vidyanagar. If you know Guntur-522007, you know this part of town can get a little hectic with traffic and people moving about. Our office is a decent enough space for what we need. We don't have a lobby full of trophies or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of maps of the local area. Being in the Tirumala Grand building means we are around a lot of other businesses too. We focus on construction projects around the city and the surrounding Andhra Pradesh region. Some days are slow with just paperwork, and other days we are barely in the office at all because something needs fixing at a site. We talk to a lot of suppliers and try to keep the costs from spiraling, which is a full-time job in itself. The 3rd Line in Vidyanagar is a familiar sight for us every morning. We’ve got a small crew and we all know each other well. There is no corporate manual here, just a lot of practical experience and knowing which way the wind blows. We just do the work that comes our way and try to keep the lights on. It’s a regular construction business without any of the extra noise you see in magazines. We stay busy and we stay local.
