Aruna Estates and Developers Private Limited is located at D.No.3-104 in Kaza. Being out here in the Mangalagiri Mandal means we see a lot of changes happening to the land around us. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s a lot more going on with development and people looking for plots. We handle the basic side of things, like looking at land and seeing what can be done with it. It’s a lot of paperwork and walking through fields to mark things out. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep our files and meet with folks who have questions about the local area. We’ve seen how much the Mangalagiri region has grown over the last few years. It’s a lot to keep track of. We mostly just focus on our small corner of Kaza. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking on a boundary wall or talking to the local authorities about permits. It’s not always easy work, and there are days when nothing seems to go right with the titles or the surveyors. But we’ve stayed here because it’s home. We know the soil and the way the water runs when it rains. We don't promise anything fancy, just that we’ll be here at the office if someone needs to talk about their property. It’s just how we do things in Kaza and the surrounding mandal, keeping it grounded and real for everyone.
