We are based in Rayapudi, Guntur. Our address is 6-45/1. If you are looking for us, the best way is to find the Substation Center, as we are right near it. This part of Guntur has seen a lot of changes lately, but we are still here in our same spot. It is a practical location for the council. We do not have a lot of fancy office gear. It is mostly just some old chairs and a big table where we sit and talk about things. The building is simple and does not stand out much. We like it that way. Being near the substation means it is a landmark everyone knows, so we do not have to give long directions. Sometimes the electricity flickers, but that is just part of living here. We just go about our business without making much noise. The staff is just a few local folks who care about the area. We have been around for a bit and people know us by now. It is not a polished operation. We make mistakes, we forget to dust the shelves sometimes, and the tea is usually a bit too sweet. But we show up every day. Rayapudi is where we belong. We keep our records in some old metal cabinets and try to stay organized. It is just us, working in our little corner of Guntur. We do not need anything more than that to get by.
