Sirajuddin Hardware

Sirajuddin Hardware is my shop on the Main Road. We are at Door No. 20/215. The Mastanwali Dargah is very close to us, which is a good landmark for people who aren't from around here. We carry all sorts of things people need for their homes or for building stuff. It’s a bit crowded inside with all the tools, pipes, and boxes. I try to keep it organized, but it’s hard when new stock arrives. I’ve been in Anantpur District for a long time. People come in looking for a specific bolt or a piece of hardware, and I usually know right where it is. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a real hardware store where things are a bit dusty. I work behind the counter most of the day. Sometimes my friends stop by just to chat. It’s a friendly place. I don’t have any fancy mission statement. I just sell hardware to folks who need it. The Main Road can get very noisy with all the cars and horns. But that’s where the customers are, so it’s good. I plan on being here for many more years. My son helps me out when he isn't busy with school. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in town, just a reliable one where you can find what you need. It’s a lot of lifting and moving heavy boxes, but it keeps me fit and keeps the neighborhood going.
