Surariya Con Private Limited is based in Ward Number 7 of the Sada Colony in Raghogarh. Being here in Guna, we see a lot of changes happening in the neighborhood. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our logs and tools. It’s nothing like those big city offices you see on TV. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and we see the same people walking by every morning. Most of our work is out in the field, so the office is often empty until the evening. We deal with construction projects across the local area. It’s hard work, and the sun can be brutal in the summer months. We drink a lot of water and keep moving. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't use big words or try to act like we're something we're not. We just take the contracts that come our way and try to do a decent job. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather, but that’s just part of the business. Raghogarh is a good place to be rooted. People here appreciate a straight answer. We don't have a secretary, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. It’s a very basic way of doing things. We just keep our heads down and work.
