Reef Knot Construction Private Limited is based out of Gormi. Our place is easy to find because it is right near the Thana, which is what most people call the police station around here. Rajeev Kumar Yadav handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff at the office. We are a small team and we do not spend much time sitting behind desks if we can help it. Construction is about being out where the dust is. We work on various things around Gormi and the surrounding spots. It is a quiet town but people are always building something new. We have had some long days where things did not go exactly as planned, but that is just how building goes. You deal with the materials you have and the weather that comes. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. Someone sees a wall going up or a foundation being poured and they ask who is doing it. We try to keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the actual building part. The office is just a place to store tools and keep the records straight. We have seen the area change a bit, but it still feels like home. When we are not at the site, you might find us just sitting outside the office chatting with the neighbors. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
