Our setup for Navin-Chandra Construction Private Limited is located at Smt Ramdulari Bai’s place in Raghogarh. Specifically, we are in the EW Sada Wala area of Guna. It’s a very local way to run a business, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We aren't in a glass tower; we are right here where the work is actually happening. Working in Madhya Pradesh, especially in places like Guna, means you have to be ready for anything from sudden rain to supply trucks getting stuck on rural roads. Our office space is packed with ledger books and physical maps because we still like to see things on paper. You’ll often find a few of the staff sitting around a small table discussing the next phase of a project or arguing about the price of steel this week. It’s a noisy, busy atmosphere most of the time. We don’t use any fancy software to manage things if a simple notebook will do. The neighborhood around Sada Wala is familiar to us, and people often just drop by for a quick word. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If the door is open, we are working. Construction is a messy, difficult job, and we don't try to make it sound like it's not. We just keep our equipment ready and our schedules as tight as we can. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in Raghogarh. That is just how it goes here.
