Our office is situated on the first floor, right near the Uco Bank. If you are looking for us, we are just opposite Hotel Varun. It’s a busy spot and there are always people moving about. Being in the security business means our phones are almost always ringing. It’s not a quiet or relaxing job by any means. We have been in this specific location for a good while. Most folks find the office easily because the hotel is a big landmark nearby. We handle a lot of guard scheduling and paperwork every single day. It can get a bit messy when a shift doesn't go as planned, but that’s part of the trade. Our desks are usually covered in files and duty rosters. We spend quite a bit of time interviewing new people and checking their backgrounds. It’s a lot of responsibility to keep everything organized. The building we are in is decent, even if it’s a bit on the older side. We don’t really care much about having a polished look as long as the work is handled. There is plenty of tea and coffee drinking here to help us get through the long shifts. We try to be clear with everyone we work with. Sometimes the traffic outside gets quite loud, but you just learn to ignore it. We focus on managing the team and making sure everyone is on site. It’s a lot of talking and sorting out logistics from morning until night.
