You can find us at No:D12 in the Sipcot Industrial Estate. We are very close to the Sipcot Police Station, which is the main landmark we tell everyone when they are looking for Revathi Equipment Limited. The estate is always buzzing with activity, and our unit is no different. We work on heavy drilling rigs and construction stuff, so there is always a lot of clanging and heavy lifting going on. The sun hits the metal roof of the shed pretty hard, making it quite warm inside during the day. We have a regular routine where the morning shift starts early to beat some of the heat. Most of the people working here live in the surrounding areas and have been in this industry for decades. We don't have a lot of polished furniture or a big reception area. Instead, we have workbenches, heavy-duty cranes, and a lot of grease. The smell of oil and cut metal is pretty much everywhere. When we have visitors, they usually just walk straight into the production area because that is where everyone is. It is a straightforward place where the focus is on building machines that can handle tough ground. We deal with a lot of heavy parts, so safety is something we talk about a lot during our morning meetings before the machines start running. It’s a solid, hardworking environment without any extra frills.
