Power Point Industries

We are located at Shed-7, Phase -4 in the Sidco Industrial Estate. Working in an industrial area like this is different from a regular shop. It’s loud, there are always trucks moving around, and the air smells like metal and oil. Our shed is where all the actual work happens. We have various machines set up, and they take up most of the floor space. It isn't the cleanest environment, as there’s always some metal shavings or grease somewhere, but that is the nature of what we do at Power Point Industries. We spend long hours here, especially when we have a big order to finish for another factory. The commute into Phase -4 can be a bit of a pain with the traffic, but once we are here, we just get to work. Most of our interactions are with other business owners in the estate or procurement people from larger companies. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. You usually have to walk past the machines to find someone in the small office at the back. We focus on getting the specs right and making sure the parts we make are solid. It is noisy and sweaty work, especially in the summer months when the metal roof heats up. But we’ve been doing this for years, and we know our way around the estate pretty well. It’s a tough place to work, but we are used to it.
