Luckshmi Info Tech is easy to find if you’re near the railway station. We are over on 3rd Street in Moposi Nagar, at number 13B. The sound of the trains is something you just stop hearing after a week of working here. It’s a busy little street with people always heading to or from the station. Our space is functional, nothing too fancy. We’ve got some computers set up and plenty of wires tucked behind the desks. It can get a bit dusty with all the foot traffic outside, but we try to keep it clean enough. We spend our days helping people who drop by with their tech issues. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times it takes a few days. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. You just come in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We like being near the station because it makes it easy for people to drop stuff off on their way to work. The hours can be long, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a small place like this. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town. We just want to make sure the people who come to us leave with their gadgets working again. It's a simple life, but it's what we know. We have a tea stall nearby too, which is a bonus for when we need a quick break.
