We started things here in Gumla at House Number 35, which is Govardhan Sahu’s place in Ghato Bagicha. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular spot where we handle our building work. Most days are spent looking at plans or dealing with site issues. The weather in Jharkhand can be pretty rough, especially during the peak of summer when the sun is beating down on the sites, but we just keep going. People know us around the Thana area. We don't have a big team of corporate talkers, it’s just us trying to get the masonry and development work done properly. Sometimes the materials arrive late because of the roads, or we have to wait on the rain to stop before we can pour any concrete. That’s just how it goes here. Ghato Bagicha is a quiet enough place to base ourselves. We focus on the projects right in front of us without making things too complicated. If you walk past the residence, you’ll likely see some of our equipment or just us sitting around discussing the next steps for a site. It’s practical work. There isn't much to say beyond the fact that we are a local outfit trying to make sure the buildings we put up stay standing for a long time. We handle the paperwork and the actual physical labor parts of development as they come. It’s a lot of dust and noise, but it’s our job.
