We've been operating out of Shanti Nagar in Murkunda for a bit now. Most people around Gumla know where Triloky Choudhary's place is, and that's exactly where you'll find Aditi Engicon. It's not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we handle our engineering and construction work. The roads around here can be a bit rough sometimes, but we make it work. We started this because there was a lot of building happening in Jharkhand and we wanted to be part of that. It's mostly just us getting through the daily tasks, making sure the projects move along. Sometimes the weather gets in the way of the outdoor stuff, especially during the rains, but that’s just how it is in this part of the country. We keep our tools and paperwork here in the office. It's a small team, mostly local folks who grew up around these parts. We don't really do the big city corporate thing. It's more about showing up, doing the job, and heading home. If you are looking for us, just ask for the Shanti Nagar area near Murkunda. We've got our sign up but it might be a bit dusty from the road. We deal with various engineering needs and try to stay busy year-round. It’s quiet out here compared to Ranchi, but it suits us fine. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things simple without overcomplicating the small details.
