Patil Brick Industry

Patil Brick Industry is situated at number 13 on Lingarajnagar Main Road. If you know the area, we are quite near Adarsh Puc College. You can often see the students hanging around the tea shops nearby during their breaks. Our yard is usually full of bricks stacked up high, and there is always a bit of red dust in the air. That is just part of the job when you deal with bricks all day. The main road gets very busy with trucks and cars, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work or school. We start our day early here, usually before the sun is fully up, to get things moving. It’s hard work and the weather plays a big part in how things go. If it rains, everything slows down and we have to cover the stacks. The office is just a small room at the front where we keep the ledger and take orders. It is nothing fancy, just some chairs and a desk that has seen better days. We’ve been part of the Lingarajnagar neighborhood for a long time. People around here know us as the place to get supplies when they are building a wall or a small house extension. We don’t spend much on decorating the place because the bricks are the main thing. It is a straightforward business and we just try to keep up with the demand. It works for us.
