We started this place on the second floor of Shivakala Complex. It’s right near the Gurudwara gate on Udgir Road. People come in with different problems, and we just try to sort things out. It’s a busy spot. Most days it's just us handling whatever comes through the door. We've been here for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy. It's just a space where we get the work done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside because of the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it. We handle a mix of things, which I guess is why we have the name we do. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork is right and the clients are okay. We don’t really do big ads or anything. Most people just walk in or hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s a decent place to work. We keep the kettle going and try to stay on top of the pile. Not everything goes perfectly every day, but we manage. If you're coming from the Udgir side, it's easy to spot. Just look for the complex near the gate. We’re upstairs on the second floor. It’s a small team, just a few of us here every day. We focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful when someone asks. We’ve got a small balcony that looks out over the street, though we don’t spend much time there. It’s mostly for a quick breather when the office gets too stuffy. The Shivakala Complex is an older building, so it has its quirks, like the elevator that sometimes has a mind of its own. We just take the stairs usually.
