Vasavadatta Cement Factory(Bk Birla Group)

You can find us over at H. No. 8-1544/33 in Taj Nagar Colony, Gulbarga 585104. This is our little corner where we handle the Vasavadatta Cement Factory side of things for the Bk Birla Group. It’s not a big industrial plant right here, more like an office tucked into the residential colony. We spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with the paperwork that comes from the factory operations. Taj Nagar is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses like ours. We try to keep things orderly, but with cement, there’s always a bit of a gray mess on the floor. The guys here are used to the grind. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any air conditioning that actually works well. It’s just a place with some chairs and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the logistics of getting the bags from the production line out to the different construction sites in the area. It’s practical work. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most people find us because they know the house number or they’ve been told where we are by a friend. The summer months in Gulbarga are really tough because of the dry heat, but the construction work doesn't stop, so we don't either. We’ve been at this Taj Nagar location for a good while and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and work.
