We are located in Yaddulla Colony in Gulbarga. Unity Infraproject Pvt. Ltd operates from here in this part of Karnataka. The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep the ledgers and the site maps. We spend most of our time out on the actual construction sites rather than sitting behind desks. Gulbarga can get incredibly hot, which makes the outdoor work quite a challenge for the crew. We are just a group of builders and engineers trying to get the job done right. People in the colony know us as the local construction office. We have a lot of meetings with suppliers and the people who work on the machines. There is always something to fix or a delivery that’s running late. It’s the kind of work where your hands get dirty and you spend a lot of time on your feet. We have been working in this region for a while and understand the local ground conditions and the weather patterns. It's a steady life of planning and building. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on schedule. It is mostly about the physical labor.
