Under Contractor

We are based out of H;No-2-907/12 in the Gubbi Colony area of Gulbarga. Things stay pretty simple around here for us. Being a contractor in this part of Karnataka means you are always dealing with the heat and the dust. Most days we are out at different sites and the office is just a place to store tools and keep the records. The colony is a decent place but the roads can be a bit rough when it rains. We have a small team and we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder here, just people who know how to get things built. Sometimes we sit out front in the evenings just to catch a breeze after a long day of work. Managing laborers and making sure the sand and bricks show up on time is what we do. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go as planned because a truck breaks down or the weather turns bad. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or just by seeing our work around the neighborhood. The 05 area of Gulbarga is our home and we have been working these streets for quite some time now. It’s practical work and it keeps us tired but satisfied at the end of the week.
