We’re based out in a place called Jidga, which is part of the Aland Taluk in Gulbarga district. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s where we do our thing. The office is located at Sharanbasappa.B.Y, and it serves as our main hub for this part of Karnataka. Being in a rural area means we have to be more self-reliant than folks in the big cities like Bangalore. We handle various infrastructure projects, mostly things that help connect one place to another. The weather here can be quite dry, and the sun is relentless, but that's just part of the job. We have a small crew at Simplex Infrastructures Limited who know the local language and how to talk to the villagers and workers nearby. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR person.
