Shanti Medical Centre

We are over here at 2-692 on Srinivas Newdurga Rd. It’s been our spot for quite a while now. The building isn't anything to look at twice, just a standard block among the others on this stretch. Most days it’s pretty quiet in the mornings, then things pick up around lunch when people get off work or have a break. We have these blue plastic chairs in the waiting area that have been there since we opened. They aren't the most comfortable, but they get the job done when the room is full. You can hear the traffic from the road clearly if the front door is left open, which happens a lot because people are always coming and going. We don’t have any fancy machines with flashing lights or anything like that. It’s just us here, doing the basic medical stuff that the neighborhood needs. Usually, someone is sweeping the floor or fixing a leaky tap in the back. It feels like a real part of the street, not some sterile place where you're just a number. Our regulars know us by name and we know which pharmacies nearby are actually open late. There’s a tea stall just two doors down that we visit way too often. If you’re looking for a shiny corporate office, this isn’t it. It’s just a plain medical center on a busy road where we try to keep things moving as best as we can every day.
