Shankar Electricals

Shankar Electricals is run by Raju Jadhav, the son of Sivaji Jadhav, and we are located right near Malkhed Station in the Tanda area of Sedam, over in the Gulbarga district. We do electrical work, which means we spend a lot of our time dealing with wires, fuses, and fixing things that have stopped working. It’s a dusty place to work, especially being so close to the station. We aren't a big shop with a lot of fancy lights; it's mostly just a workbench covered in tools and parts. People from around the 585292 area come to us when their lights go out or when they need some wiring done in their homes. It’s a lot of climbing on ladders and poking around in walls to find where the problem is. We don't have a big staff, just us working hard to keep things running. Karnataka can get quite hot, so working in attics or small spaces isn't always fun, but it’s the job we chose. We don't talk about special services or anything like that. We just fix the wires so the power comes back on. That is the long and short of it. We’ve been part of the Malkhed community for a while and just continue to do the daily work as it comes in. Most of our tools are old but they still work just fine for what we need to do every day.
