We’ve been over here at Plot No 18 in the Prashant Nagar B area for a while now. If you know Gulbarga at all, you know we’re right near the Hanuman Temple on Rajapur Road. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Most days it is just us handling the cement orders and making sure the trucks get where they need to go. There’s a lot of dust sometimes, which comes with the territory of what we do. People stop by the office looking for supplies or just to ask about prices for their building projects. We aren't a big fancy operation with a glass front or anything like that. It is just a practical place where work happens. Most of the guys have been here for years, so we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. We try to keep things organized even when it gets a bit hectic with the local traffic near the temple. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but we manage to keep the cement dry and moving. If you're coming down Rajapur Road, you can't really miss us once you get close to the 585104 zip area. We don't spend much time on the computer, mostly we are just out back or talking to drivers who come through the gate. It’s just how things are done here in Karnataka. We keep it simple and just do the job without any extra fuss.
