S. R. H. Cards

Our shop is located in Manath Manzil, which is House No 4-601-24-147 in M.B. Nagar. We are quite close to the Ring Road here in Gulbarga, so it’s easy for people from different parts of the city to reach us. The building has been in the family for a long time. We focus on printing cards, mostly for weddings and local events. Inside, you’ll find the big printing presses which take up most of the space. They are old machines, but they still work perfectly if you know how to handle them. The smell of fresh ink and paper is everywhere, and it’s something I’ve grown to love. M.B. Nagar is a very lively part of Gulbarga. There’s always noise from the Ring Road traffic, especially the trucks and buses passing by. Our workspace is usually full of samples and paper scraps. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass displays. Instead, we just have a big wooden counter where we show people different designs. It’s a hands-on business. My brothers and I do most of the work ourselves, from picking the paper to running the machines. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. Most of our customers come to us because we’ve printed cards for their families for years. It’s a very traditional way of doing things. We don't use complicated business talk. We just make sure the cards look the way they should before they go out for delivery.
