Real Touch Building Consultancy & Samruddhi Builders is located right on Ram Mandir Road. We’re in the Ameen Reddy Building, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Gulbarga. It’s on the Old Jewargi Road side of things. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite Chimalagi College. It’s a busy area with a lot of students and traffic, but it keeps things lively. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now. The space inside is pretty simple. We have our desks set up and some old maps and plans pinned to the walls. It’s not a fancy corporate office, just a place where we get together to figure out building projects. Gulbarga is our home and we know this neighborhood well. People often stop by just to ask questions since we’re right across from the college. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up. That’s just life in the consultancy and building trade. We use this office as our home base for everything we do. It’s a convenient spot for us because most of our work happens nearby. We don’t go for anything flashy, just a solid place to work every day. You can see the college gates from our front door. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We are just local builders trying to do a good job in our city every day.
