Rakesh Roshan Education Society (R)

We are based in Shakti Nagar, in the S K Kanta Colony area of Kalaburagi. Our society has been around for a while now. We run our educational activities from this spot in Gulbarga. It is a residential neighborhood, so it stays relatively quiet during the day. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get our work done. We have a few staff members who handle the administration and the teaching. It is a lot of paperwork and keeping track of the students. We don't go in for big displays or marketing. People find us through word of mouth mostly. We have the usual classrooms and a small office area. The daily routine is pretty set. We start in the morning and wrap up by the afternoon. Sometimes we hold meetings for the society members to discuss how things are going. It is a very hands-on operation. We deal with the local authorities and make sure we are following the rules. The heat in Gulbarga can be tough, so we have fans in every room to keep it manageable. It is a simple, honest place to work. We just want to keep providing a space for learning for the kids in this part of town. It is not a fancy life, but it is steady work. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
