Rajashree Cement(Grasim Industry)

We operate out of the Swagat Guest House which is part of the Rajashree Cement setup in Adityanagar. It’s a well-known spot for people coming to visit the Grasim Industry plant here in Gulbarga. The guest house is usually buzzing with people coming in for meetings or short stays. We are located right on the grounds, so you can hear the plant running in the background most of the time. It’s a practical place, not a luxury hotel. We just make sure folks have a place to stay while they handle their business with the cement works. Malkhed is the nearest big village, but Adityanagar is where all the action is for us. The pin code is 585 292, which covers this whole industrial patch. We’ve been seeing the same faces for a long time, plus plenty of new ones as the company expands. It’s steady work, looking after the visitors and staying on top of the local needs. The weather in Karnataka can be a bit much, especially in the summer months, but the guest house stays busy regardless. We don’t really do much advertising or anything fancy. People find us because they have work with Rajashree Cement. It’s just a straightforward operation that keeps things moving for the Grasim team.
