We are based at Quarter Number B 1/5 here in Malkhed. Shivaji A. K. is one of the names you’ll hear around here often. This is where we run things for Rajashree Cement in this part of the district. The 585292 area is home to a lot of us. Our daily routine isn't anything special. We wake up, get to the site, and start moving the cement bags. The office is small and a bit cramped with all the ledgers, but we like it that way. It feels lived-in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big glass windows or fancy suits. We wear our work clothes and get the job done. The trucks come and go all day long on the Malkhed roads. Sometimes the dust is a bit much, but that’s just part of the industry we’re in. We have a small team, and we’ve all become good friends over the years. We know who is good at what. If someone is having a slow day, the others pick up the slack. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We focus on the task at hand and don’t worry about much else. If a customer has a question, we answer it directly. No marketing talk or scripts. Just plain English and the facts. It’s a decent life here in Malkhed, and we’re glad to be part of the local community.
