You can find us at Room 17 in the Swagath Guest House. Ravi V Kulkarni is the one who handles things here at Rajashree Cement, which is part of the Aditya Birla Group. We are located on Malkhed Road, right in the heart of the Adityanagar area in Gulbarga. Staying in the guest house means we are always around for whatever the plant needs. It’s a bit of a busy road with all the transport trucks heading out with cement loads. The room is simple, just what’s needed for staying on-site and getting the job done. Being in Gulbarga, specifically the 585 292 area, means the summers are hot and the work is constant. We don’t really go in for any big marketing talk because everyone in the district knows what Rajashree Cement does. It’s about the daily grind and making sure the operations keep ticking along. Ravi has been around for a bit, so he knows the ropes and the people involved. We see a lot of visitors coming through Room 17 for various reasons. It’s not a corporate office with a reception desk, just a room where we can sit down and talk business. We like the directness of life here. You work hard, you stay at the guest house, and you do it all again the next day. It’s just how it is. Sometimes we walk down to the road for tea.
