Rajashree Cement (A Group Co. Of Grasim Industries Ltd)

We've been here at Rajashree Cement in Adityanagar for a good while now, actually. Being part of Grasim Industries, there's always something happening at the plant. Our spot is at Hr 11/7, right in the middle of the Malkhed area. Gulbarga gets pretty hot in the summer, but we’re used to it. People around here know the site well because it’s a big part of the local landscape in Karnataka. Most days start early with the shift change. It’s not a fancy office setup; it’s more about getting the work done and making sure things are moving. You see the trucks coming and going all day long. Living in the district means we see our neighbors at the market and then at work. It’s a busy life but it feels right. The pin code is 585292 if you're looking on a map. We don't spend much time writing about ourselves usually. There is just the factory, the dust, and the daily tasks we handle. We’ve seen the town grow quite a bit since the plant started. Some of the guys have been here since the beginning. It’s a bit out of the way from the main city, but Malkhed has everything we need. We just keep things running as they should. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, everyone is tired but it’s a living. We just stay focused on the cement and the community here.
