NIRMAN

NIRMAN is a small outfit working out of Shop No 5 in the Prathap Tower. We are located on Old Jewargi Road in Gulbarga. It’s a pretty good spot because we are right near Rudrawadi Hospital, so most people know exactly where that is. The shop itself isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We have been here for a bit and have gotten to know the other shop owners in the tower. It’s a typical local business environment. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it's just us in the office handling whatever comes our way. The street outside can get pretty crowded, especially with the hospital nearby. We keep the door open most of the time to let a bit of air in. Gulbarga is a place where people still like to come in and talk face-to-face, so we try to be around as much as possible. We handle the daily tasks and the technical stuff from this little shop. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of materials or drawings lying around, but we make it work. It feels like a real part of the community here. Nothing too fancy, just a practical workspace where we can focus on our projects without too much fuss. It's just a regular shop where we do our business every day. No bells or whistles, just us working hard in Gulbarga.
