New Vindhya Builders

New Vindhya Builders is over in the Station Bazar area of Gulbarga. We’ve got our office in the Mallabadi Complex, which is tucked into Venkatesh Nagar. If you’re coming from the station, we’re pretty easy to find, especially since we are near Mohan Lodge. It’s a busy part of town with people always moving around. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular room in the complex where we keep all our files and meet with people. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the bazaar, but that’s just part of being in Gulbarga. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture because we’d rather focus on the work we’re doing. It’s just a plain, functional space. Most of our day is spent talking to workers or checking on supplies. When we are in the office, we’re usually buried in paperwork or looking at site photos. It’s a simple life running a building business from here. People know they can just drop by the Mallabadi Complex if they need to see us. We’re not hard to find if you know the area near the lodge. We've been part of this community for a while and just keep doing what we know how to do.
