It’s mostly Muneeruddin Akhtar and Sharfuddin running things here at Naaz Costrution Pvt Limited. We are based out of a house in Bilalabad, house number 7-1202/14 to be exact. If you know Gulbarga, we are right near KBNCE. It gets pretty busy around here with people coming in and out to talk about building projects. We started this because there was always a need for honest work in the local area. Usually, you’ll find us looking over some plans or talking to workers on the phone. It is not a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It’s a practical setup where we get the job done. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, but that is just how it is in this part of Karnataka. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people in the neighborhood know us by name. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings. Most of our day is spent making sure the materials arrive on time and the walls are going up straight. Dealing with labor and suppliers takes up most of the morning. By afternoon, we are usually checking on the sites nearby. It is hard work but it keeps us going. If you come by Bilalabad, you can’t miss the place. It’s just a regular spot where real construction happens every day. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the projects don’t stall.
