Our office is located at H No: 5-304 in the Bada Roza area of Gulbarga. It’s an old part of the city in Karnataka, and it has a very specific feel to it. The streets are a bit narrow and you can always hear the sounds of the neighborhood around us. We’ve been operating from this house for a long time. It’s not a fancy corporate setup at all. We just have a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who need our help. Gulbarga gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so we usually try to get all our heavy work done in the early morning or late in the evening. We don't have any big teams of managers; it’s just us and a few guys who help out with the daily tasks. Most of our business comes from people who live nearby or have heard about us through word of mouth. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. We just try to do a good job so people are happy with what we’ve done. Sometimes the water is scarce or the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a very grounded way of working, and we enjoy being part of the local community here in Bada Roza. We just take each project as it comes and do our best with what we have.
