Khaja Mahmood Patel

Khaja Mahmood Patel is the name on the door here. We are located at Plot No 18 in the KHB Colony, right near the M.S.K. Mill area in Gulbarga, Karnataka. It’s an older part of town with a lot of history. The colony is usually pretty busy with people going to and from the mill area every day. Our plot is easy to find once you get into the colony streets. We use the space for our daily business operations. It’s a practical building, nothing too modern or flashy. We have a front area where we meet people and a back area for the storage and heavier work. Gulbarga weather is quite dry and can get very dusty, so we are always cleaning the windows and desks to keep things tidy. The work we do is straightforward and keeps us busy from morning to evening. We’ve been in this location for a good number of years. It’s a neighborhood where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have a small team, mostly people from around here who have been with us for a while. There is always a lot to do, whether it’s checking on supplies or talking to people who walk in with questions. We don’t have a big corporate manual or fancy rules. We just handle things as they come up. The MSK Mill is a big landmark that helps people find us. It’s a humble setup, but it is our place and we keep it running.
