Jcr Drillsol Pvt Ltd is based out in Yagapur, which is in the Chittapur area of Gulbarga. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s where our work is. Karnataka has been a good place for us to set up. We focus on drilling solutions and the various parts that go with it. The office is right there in the village area, so it’s pretty grounded. We don't have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s mostly concrete and metal, which fits what we do. The local weather can be tough, especially when it’s dry and dusty. We spend our days managing the drilling equipment and making sure the crews have what they need. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the sites. We started this because there was a need for it in this region. Most of the people who work here are from nearby towns. We know the land and we know the work. It isn't always easy, and sometimes machines break down at the worst times. We just fix them and keep going. We don't spend money on advertising because people around here already know who we are. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the drilling work, and go home. Every day has its own set of challenges, but we've learned how to handle them as a small, tight group of workers.
